摘  要:为解决制丝车间原SH9高速膨胀干燥机风机冷却系统水资源的严重浪费且冷却效果不佳的问题,对其进行改造,合理利用现有资源,将SH9风机冷却系统与动力车间的空压机冷却塔对接,实现SH9风机冷却水的循环利用和自动化运行。实际应用效果表明,此改造不仅有效地提高了水资源的利用率,达到了节能减排的目的,而且增强了SH9风机冷却效果,提升了设备的稳定性和保障能力。In order to solve the serious waste of water resources and the poor cooling effect of the fan cooling system of the original SH9 high speed expansion dryer, this reform made rational use of existing resources to realize the circulating utilization and automatic operation of the cooling water of the SH9 fan through connecting the SH9 fan cooling system to the air compressor cooling tower in power workshop. The practical application result showed that this reform not only effectively improved the utilization rate of water resources and achieved the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction, but also enhanced the cooling effect of SH9 fan and improved the equipment stability and guarantee ability.
