摘 要:结合中国石油化工股份有限公司沧州分公司150 kt/a重整装置的生产实际,从催化剂性质、原料性质、反应条件、设备问题等方面分析并总结了影响重整汽油辛烷值的影响因素、调节方法及注意事项。实际生产中,以RON为考察目标,利用统计学的方法,通过正交试验对影响重整辛烷值的因素进行分析与探讨。按工艺参数对加权平均反应温度、循环氢中C_3/C_1比值和水氯比设定了位级水平,发现加权反应温度为472.5℃、循环氢中C_3/C_1比值为0.59、水氯比为2.14时,重整汽油RON为95.6,此时效益最佳。在操作温度(加权温度472℃)、原料组成不变的情况下,适当在0.93~0.96 MPa进行调整,可以提高重整汽油辛烷值且又不影响装置长周期运行。In a case study of operation of a 150,000 TPY continuous catalytic reforming unit in SINOPEC Cangzhou Petrochemical Company,the factors affecting the CCR gasoline octane number,control methods and precautions are studied in respect of catalyst properties,feed properties,reaction conditions and equipment,etc. In real operation,the factors affecting the research octane number( RON) of reformer gasoline are analyzed with statistics method,oxthogonal experiment and statistics. The weighted average reaction temperature,C3/C1 ratio of recycle hydrogen,and water to chlorine ratio are decided based upon process parameters. It is found that,at a weighted reaction temperature of 472. 5 ℃,0. 59 C3/C1 ratio of recycle hydrogen,2. 14 water to chlorine ratio,the research octane number of reformer gasoline is 95. 6 and economic benefit is highest.When the operating temperature( the weighted average temperature of 472 ℃ and feedstock compositions remain unchanged,the pressure can be properly adjusted between 0. 93 MPa and 0. 96 MPa,which can elevate the RON of reformer gasoline without impact on the long-term operation of the unit.
