摘 要:以聚山梨酯-80(吐温-80)作为助剂,采用共浸渍法制备加氢裂化催化剂,考察不同吐温-80加入量对催化剂性质及其加氢裂化性能的影响。采用N_2-物理吸附,XRD,FTIR,TPR和TEM等手段对催化剂进行表征,以正十二烷为模型化合物对催化剂进行微反评价,以伊朗减压渣油为原料对催化剂进行小试评价。结果表明:吐温-80的加入可以增大催化剂的孔容、比表面积和总酸量,调节催化剂酸分布,改善活性金属在催化剂表面的分散,提高催化剂活性并且不会改变催化剂的晶体结构;当吐温-80加入量为3%时,催化剂的比表面积最大、B/L比值最小,微反运转的模型化合物转化率为87.76%,C_4~C_8选择性达最大值93.32%,小试装置运转370℃以上尾油收率为34.10%,中间馏分油选择性为81.00%。The hydrocracking catalyst was prepared by total immersion process with Twain-80 as additives. The impacts of different addition amounts of Twain-80 on the properties of catalyst and hydrocracking performances were investigated and characterized by means of N2 adsorption-desorption,XRD,FTIR,H2-TPR and TEM. The performances of the catalysts in hydrocracking were evaluated with dodecane as model compound on micro fixed bed device and with Iran VGO as feed stock on small pilot plant. The results show that,the addition of Twain-80 will increase pore volume,the specific surface area and total acid amount of the catalysts,adjust the acid distribution,improve the dispersion of active metals on the surfaces of catalysts and improve the catalyst activity without changing the catalysts' crystal structure. The specific area of catalyst reaches maximum with the minimum of B/L ratio when the addition of Twain-80 is 3%,the conversion of the model compound on micro fixed bed device is 87. 76% with maximum C4- C8 selectivity of 93. 32 and yield of 370 ℃ tail oil on small experiment of 34. 10% with middle-distillate selectivity of 81. 00%.
