摘　　要：锆作为一种战略性新兴矿产,其安全问题对我国战略新兴产业的发展,尤其是核电产业的发展具有重要意义。本文在分析锆资源资源状况和供需格局的基础上,认为中国锆资源供应安全面临的问题主要是资源禀赋条件不佳、国内供应能力严重不足、对外依存度居高不下、进口来源集中、全球锆矿企业趋于垄断。建议开展锆矿资源潜力调查、继续开展采选冶技术研究、鼓励国内企业走出去、建立锆资源应急储备、签订中长期合同进口锆资源,以保障我国锆资源供应安全。Zirconium is a strategic emerging mineral,its resource security plays an important role in the development of China＇s emerging industries,especially nuclear power industry.Based on the analysis of zirconium resources situation and the supply and demand pattern,it is considered that the main problems faced by security of China＇s zirconium resources are that：the resources endowment condition is poor;domestic supply capacity is seriously insufficient;the external dependence is high;import sources are concentrated,and global zirconium ore enterprises tend to monopolize.There are several suggestions：developing zirconium ore resources potential investigation,carrying out the metallurgical technology research,encouraging domestic enterprises to establish mineral resources reserves,domestic zirconium enterprises should sign a long-term contract,in order to ensure the supply of zirconium resources in China.
