摘  要:目的:以单味中药白术和复方四君子汤为对照,研究桑白皮对脾虚水湿不化大鼠模型的影响,通过比较对同一模型的干预作用因归经不同表现出的作用差异和作用特点,为桑白皮归经的药性研究提供参考。方法:采用高脂低蛋白饮食加负重游泳复合因素法建立脾虚水湿不化大鼠模型,以一般状况、自主活动、胃排空率、小肠推进率、尿D-木糖排泄率、血清胃泌素(GAS)、IL^(-1)、IL-2、Ig-G、血浆生长抑素(SS)、P物质(SP)、血管活性肠肽(VIP)、脾脏系数、水负荷指数等为检测指标,考察桑白皮对脾虚水湿不化大鼠模型的影响。结果:给药后,桑白皮、白术及四君子汤均显著升高胃排空率、D-木糖排泄率、血清GAS、Ig-G、IL^(-1)、IL-2、血浆SP水平、脾脏系数(P<0.05或P<0.01),显著降低血浆SS和VIP水平(P<0.05或P<0.01),其中四君子汤组作用最显著,白术次之;桑白皮和四君子汤显著增加大鼠尿量,显著降低水负荷指数(P<0.05或P<0.01);白术和四君子汤显著降低大鼠一般状况评分,显著升高小肠推进率(P<0.05)。结论:归脾、胃经的白术显著改善脾虚大鼠的胃肠功能,符合中医的归经理论,但不及四君子汤,说明复方中各药物相互协同作用,提高疗效。桑白皮对脾虚大鼠胃肠功能有一定的改善作用,其作用机制可能是调节血液中紊乱的胃肠激素趋于正常水平,桑白皮亦能增强免疫功能,与本草记载的桑白皮"归脾、肺经","味甘""补虚益气"性能功效相关。Objective: With Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz and sijunzi as control,research the effects of Mori cortex on the rats with spleen deficiency,and compare to the same models of intervention of the different effects,to provide the drug properties references for Mori Cortex. Methods: The high fat low protein diet plus swimming for 6 weeks to establish spleen deficiency rat model,detect the general status,the independent activities,the rate of gastric emptying,the rate of small intestine,the D-xylose in urine excretion,the serum GAS,IL-(-1),IL-2,Ig-G,the plasma SS,SP,VIP,the coefficient of the spleen,and the water load index,to explore the effects of Mori Cortex on the spleen deficiency. Results: After administration,three kinds of drugs can all increase the rates of gastric emptying,the rate of small intestine,the D-xylose in urine excretion,the serum GAS,IL-1,IL-2,Ig-G,and the plasma SP( P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01); reduce the plasma SS,VIP( P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01),sijunzi effects the most. Mori cortex and sijunzi increase the urinary volume,reduce the water load index( P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01). Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz and sijunzi reduce the general status,increase the rate of small intestine( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz in spleen-stomach improved the gastrointestinal function significantly,in line with the Meridian theory of traditional Chinese medicine,but less than sijunzi,which indicates that the effect of synergy between various drugs and improve the curative effect. Mori Cortex may improve gastrointestinal function. The mechanism may be that the gastrointestinal hormone,which regulates the disorder of the blood,tends to normal levels Mori Cortex also enhances immune function,and relates to the performance and efficacy of Mori Cortex "the spleen,lung","sweet""tonic,invigorating Qi",as recorded in the Materia Medica classics.
