摘　　要：在"互联网+"时代,新型信息技术通过手机的智能化、数据处理系统的智能化,进而通过物的智能化,使互联网技术从生产工具演进为社会生活的基础性平台,这是"互联网+"时代的本质特征。从总体上看,互联网技术一旦从工具跃迁为平台,"互联网+"的文化效应集中体现为从"互联网+"到"文化+"的发展逻辑。就文化发展的外延层面而言,"互联网+"直接推动了文化生产所依赖的基础设施的全面变革,进而推动了文化发展形态的全面转型。就文化发展的内涵层面而言,"互联网+"不但塑造了人的"数字化生存"状态,而且对人与机器的合理边界、人的认知模式、人的交往形态和人的感性基础提出种种挑战。因此,"互联网+"时代的人学反思是当今时代文化发展的重要主题。In the era of ＂Internet ＋ ＂, the new information technology makes the Intemet technology evolve from production tool to the basic platform of social life, through the intelligence of mobile phone and data processing system, and then through the intelli- gence of things, which is the essential characteristic of the ＂Internet ＋ ＂ era. In general, once the Internet technology is transformed from a tool to a platform, the cultural effect of ＂Internet ＋ ＂ is embodied in the logic of development from ＇＇ Internet ＋ ＂ to culture. As far as the extension level of cultural development is concerned, ＂the Internet ＋ ＂promotes the comprehensive transformation of the in- frastructure directly which is dependent on cultural production, and thus promotes the comprehensive transformation of cultural devel- opment. As far as the connotation of cultural development is concerned, ＂Internet ＋ ＂ not only shapes the ＂digital survival＂ state, but also puts forward various challenges to the reasonable boundary of human and machine , the cognitive mode of human, the human form of communication and the perceptual basis of human beings. Therefore, the people reflection of the ＂Internet ＋ ＂ is an important theme of the cultural development of the contemporary era.
