摘 要:以异辛酸铁(简称Fe)/三异丁基铝(简称Al)/亚磷酸二乙酯(DEP)为催化剂催化丁二烯(Bd)与异戊二烯(Ip)共聚,考察了Al用量、DEP用量及单体配比对Bd-Ip共聚合的影响。结果表明,由Fe/Al/DEP组成的催化剂可在己烷中于50℃下催化Bd与Ip共聚,共聚物收率随Al和DEP用量的增加后下降。当Al/Fe(摩尔比)为10、DEP/Fe(摩尔比)为2时,共聚物收率最高为82.9%。当Al/Fe较低时,共聚物仅有1个玻璃化转变温度,为无规共聚物。The copolymerization of butadiene (Bd) and isoprene (Ip) was catalyzed with iron 2- ethylhexanoate ( simplified as Fe) / triisobuty-lalumi- num ( simplified as A1)/diethyl phosphate ( DEP ) catalytic system. The effects of amount of A1 and DEP and monomer ratio on the copolymerization were investigated. The results showed that Bd/Ip co- polymerization in hexane could be catalyzed by Fe/ A1/DEP catalytic system at 50℃ in hexane, and the yield of the copolymerization increased firstly and then decreased with increasing amount of A1 and DEP. The highest yield of the copolymer was 82.9% when the mole ratio of A1/Fe was 10 and DEP/Fe was 2. When the mole ratio of A1/Fe was lower, the copolymer had a single glass transition temperature which indicated it was random copolymer.
