我国足球联赛球迷越轨行为的诱因与规避

摘　　要：运用文献资料法等研究方法对我国足球球迷越轨行为的成因进行分析并提出当前治理我国球迷越轨行为的规避策略。研究认为,我国足球联赛中球迷越轨行为是在多种因素综合作用的结果下产生的,其中既有社会环境因素、球迷自身心理因素,也有组织管理的不足以及媒体过度渲染等。治理足球球迷越轨行为不仅应注重球迷道德教育与引领,而且要强化足球联赛职业道德建设,同时还应加强司法介入,建立完备的法律制度体系,加强球迷法制教育。By the method of literature study, the paper analyzes the cause of the deviant behavior of the Chinese football fans and suggests the tactics for avoiding the occurrence of such behavior. The paper concludes that the fans＇ deviant behavior in the Chinese Football League is due to the combination of different factors, which include social environment, psychology of the fans, insufficiency of the organization and administration and the over-publicity of the media. To rectify the deviant behavior of the football fans needs not only the moral education and guidance of the fans but also the promotion of the professional moral construction of the Football League. Besides, judicial intervention, perfect legal system and law education for the football fans should be strengthened.
