我国女性公务员休闲体育方式的选择及特点研究——以武汉市女性公务员为例

摘　　要：以武汉市300名女性公务员参加休闲体育运动的方式为研究对象,通过文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈、数理统计、对比等研究方法,分析女性公务员对健康内涵和自我健康的认识、参加休闲体育的动机、休闲体育行为特征。结果表明,女性公务员健康状况不容乐观,对健康知识认识不够全面,参加休闲体育活动的时间偏少、项目简单、休闲消费偏低,住宅小区是女性主要休闲运动场所。制约她们参加休闲体育的因素是缺乏体育的兴趣和运动的技能、传统观念影响以及场地设施的欠缺等。Taking the recreational sports style of 300 female civil servants as research object, through literature,questionnaire, expert interview, mathematical statistics, comparison and other research methods, this paper analysed women＇s health connotation and personal health awareness, motivation and behavior characteristics.The result showed that the health condition of female civil servants were not optimistic, such as lack of comprehensive knowledge of health, leisure lifestyle diversification, and they arranged short time to participate in sports activities which items were simple as well, the whole consumption was low, and the residential area was the main leisure sports place for them. The factors that restrict their participation in recreational sports were lack of sports interest and skill, effect of traditional ideas, and lack of facilities.
