摘　　要：兰白科技创新改革试验区的建设与发展对于我省推动产业优化升级,提高区域创新能力,打造"丝绸之路经济带"甘肃黄金段具有重要的战略意义。本文基于促进兰白试验区科技与金融融合视角,对兰白试验区科技金融生态环境从科技金融创新主体以及维系和促进各主体及其关系存在和发展的制度、规则两个方面进行评价研究,并提出有益建议,以期通过科技金融生态环境的优化,促进兰白试验区科技金融融合效应的发挥。The construction and development of Lanzhou-Baiyin Scientific and Technological Innovation Test Area of Gansu province is important to promote industrial upgrading and improve regional innovation ability,and it also has important strategic significance to build the Gansu Golden Section of Silk Road Economic Belt.This paper first evaluates the ecological environment of technology and finance in Lanzhou-Baiyin Scientific and Technological Innovation Test Area from the perspective of creating innovative subjects and its maintenance and promoting the principles and rules of developing their relationship between subjects.Then,the paper puts forward beneficial suggestions in order to optimize the ecological environment of technology and finance,and promote the integration effect of finance and technology in Lanzhou-Baiyin Test Area.
