摘 要:为研究连通式油气悬架系统参数对铰接式自卸车侧倾稳定性的影响,建立了基于Simpack的整车多体动力学模型、基于AMESim的前悬架系统及转向系统全液压模型和基于Simulink的PID等转矩控制模型。然后,以Simulink为主要联合仿真环境进行了稳态回转试验,分析了连通式油气悬架初始充气压力、蓄能器公称体积和阻尼孔直径对自卸车前车侧倾角和横向载荷转移率的影响规律。仿真结果表明:在相应的研究范围内,初始充气压力和蓄能器公称体积越小则自卸车侧倾稳定性越好,而阻尼孔直径大小对其影响较小。In order to research the effect of interconnect hydro pneumatic suspension system parameters on articulated dump truck roll stability, a vehicle multi-body dynamics model based on Simpack, a front suspension and steering system full hydraulic model based on AMESim and a PID identity torque control model based on Simulink are established. Then, Simulink is used as the main co-simulation environment to do a steady static circular test. The influence laws of the initial inflation pressure of interconnect hydro pneumatic suspension, the nominal volume of accumulator and the diameter of damp orifice on the front body roll angle and lateral-load transfer ratio of dump truck are studied. Simulation results show that, within the corresponding scope of the study, the smaller of initial inflation pressure and accumulator nominal volume, the better of dump truck roll stability, and damp orifice diameter influence is little.
