摘 要:现场检定电流互感器时存在一次大电流提升困难的问题,主要原因是现场电源、调压器和升流器容量不足,导致检定电流互感器时一次电流达不到额定值。分析发现检定电流互感器时一次回路容量消耗较大的主要原因是由于一次电流达3 000A时回路的无功消耗远大于有功消耗。减小无功消耗的主要措施有:(1)尽量减小一次导线的长度和一次回路所包围的面积;(2)采用环形铁芯的升流器,多匝并联穿心的方法;(3)用容性无功补偿来平衡回路的感性无功。通过以上措施,使现场检定电流互感器时可用较小的功率消耗提升电流到额定值,达到全电流下检定的目的。To the problem of difficult large current ascension in on-site verification of current transformer, we analyze and find the reasons are the capacities of scene power source, voltage regulator and riser are insufficient, which resulting in primary current is less than the rated in verification of current transformer. It is found that the primary circuit capacity consumption of the current transformer is larger than that of the active power, because the reactive power consumption of the loop is much greater than the active power consumption when the primary current reaches 3000 A. The main measures to reduce the reactive power consumption are: minimizing the length of wire and the loop area, employing the large current generator with toroidal core, using the method of multi turn parallel, and applying capacitive reactive power compensation. Through the above measures, we can finish the on-site verification of current transformer by using smaller power consumption to raise the current to the rated value, to achieve the purpose of full-current test.
