摘　　要：[提要]通过观察不同估算GFR（eGFR）者的臂踝动脉脉搏波传导速度（baPWV）,探讨其与动脉硬化的关系.选2010、2012、2014年健康体检者1 427例,检测eGFR和baPWV.随着eGFR稳定水平降低,baPWV≥1 400 cm/s的比例逐渐增高,baPWV均呈增高趋势.不同baPWV者eGFR＜ 60ml·min-1 ·1.73m-2的比例差异无统计学意义,但eGFR下降≥30％的比例随baPWV水平的升高呈上升趋势.随着baPWV水平升高,eGFR均呈下降趋势.多因素logistic回归分析显示,eGFR水平越低发生动脉硬化的风险越升高,eGFR低稳定者是发生动脉硬化的独立危险因素.To explore the relationship between brachial ankle artery pulse wave velocity of the （baPWV） in different estimation GFR （eGFR） groups and atherosclerosis.In 2010,2012 and 2014,eGFR and baPWV were detected in 1 427 healthy persons.As eGFR level decreased,baPWV increased accordingly with higher proportion of baPWV ≥1 400 cm/s.The percentage of eGFR lower than 60 ml ＆#183; min-1·1.73 m-2 was similar in subgroups with different baPWV.However,the proportion of eGFR reduction ≥ 30% decreased according to the elevation of baPWV.Multivariate logistic regression analysis indicated the lower the eGFR,the higher the risk of atherosclerosis.Low eGFR is an independent risk factor for atherosclerosis.
