摘 要:在常压(101.3 kPa)下,采用改进的Othmer汽液平衡釜测定了叔丁醇-乙二醇体系的汽液平衡数据,对所测得的数据进行热力学一致性检验,结果表明实验数据符合热力学一致性。用NRTL模型对叔丁醇-乙二醇体系的汽液平衡数据进行关联,得到二元交互作用参数,并用这些参数计算汽相组成及平衡温度,计算结果与实验数据吻合。测定了叔丁醇-水-乙二醇三元体系的汽液平衡数据,乙二醇存在下,叔丁醇-水体系的相对挥发度大幅提高,证明乙二醇是萃取精馏分离叔丁醇-水体系的优良溶剂。The vapor-liquid equilibrium data of TBA-ethylene glycol binary system was measured by improved Othmer vapor-liquid equilibrium still, and the thermodynamic consistencies of the phase equilibrium data were examined. The results show that the experimental data conforms to the examination of thermodynamic consistencies. The vapor-liquid equilibrium data was correlated by NRTL equation, and then the parameters obtained were used to calculate the vapor-phase compositions and the temperature. The calculation results agree well with the experimental data. The vapor-liquid equilibrium data of TBA-water-ethylene glycol ternary system was measured, the relative volatility between TBA and water increases sharply with ethylene glycol, which indicate that ethylene glycol is suitable solvent for separation of TBA-water system by extractive distillation.
