ICU感染质量控制小组在预防中心静脉导管相关性血流感染中的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨ICU感染质量控制小组在预防中心静脉导管相关性血流感染中的作用。方法 2010年12月前小儿ICU未设立感染管理质量控制小组(实施前);于2011年1月,开始成立感染质量控制小组(实施后),明确感染质量控制小组职责,开展中心静脉导管目标性监测,对中心静脉导管通路各环节进行精细化管理。评价指标对比感染质量控制小组成立前后导管相关性血流感染(CLABSI)的发生率。结果在采取一系列措施后,中心静脉导管使用率从2010年42.50%下降至35.04%,中心静脉相关性血流感染率从5.80‰下降至1.28‰。结论感染质量控制小组的成立,在落实感染控制措施,规范工作流程,提高工作效率及质量监控上起到重要作用,对预防导管相关性血流感染具有重要意义。Objective To investigate the role of infection quality control team of ICU in the prevention of central venous catheter-related bloodstream infection. Methods Infection quality control team was established from January 2011 andbefore December 2010 there was no infection management quality control team in pediatric intensive care unit（PICU）. After implement,the responsibility of infection quality control team was defined clearly, objective surveillance of central venous catheter was launched and every link of central venous catheter pathway was managed subtly. As for evaluation criteria, incidence of catheter-relatedbloodstream infection（CLABSI） before and after establishment of infection quality control team was compared. Results Mter taking a series of measures, the usage rate of central venous catheter decreased from 42. 50% in 2010 to 35.04% , and the rate of central venous related bloodstream infection dropped from 5.80%~ to 1.28%o. Conclusion The establishment of the infection quality control team plays an important role in the implementation of infection control measures, standardizing the working procedures, improving working efficiency and quality monitoring, which is of great significance for the prevention of catheter-related bloodstream infection.
