摘 要:开发了数控超声机械镀设备,包括数控平台和超声装置,结合插补算法,提出了一种新型机械镀工艺,解释了设备独特的设计原理和全新的设计方法。利用开发的设备进行超声机械镀试验,镀层厚度用测厚仪测量,镀层和基体的结合强度利用划痕法测试。结果表明,数控超声机械镀设备运行状态稳定且良好,操作简易方便。通过改变数控机床运行速度与运动轨迹,调节超声波发生器的频率与功率,可以改变工件表面镀层质量及厚度。镀层表面光亮、平滑且结合强度良好,达到了预期目的。In this paper,the numerical control ultrasonic mechanical plating equipment,including numerical control platform and ultrasonic device,was developed; algorithm,a new type of mechanical plating technology was presented combined with interpolation; the unique design principle and new design method of the equipment were explained. Ultrasonic mechanical plating experiment was carried out by using the developed equipment,the coating thickness was measured by thickness gauge,and bonding strength between the coating and substrate was tested by scratch method. Results showed that the numerical control ultrasonic mechanical plating equipment ran well and stable,and its operation was easy and convenient.By changing the speed and trajectory of the numerical control machine tool,and adjusting the frequency and power of the ultrasonic generator,the coating quality and thickness of the working piece surface could be improved. The coating surface was bright and smooth with good bonding strength,so the desired purpose was achieved.
