摘　　要：本文通过阅读国内外ICU出院患者创伤后应激障碍的文献,综述了国内外ICU出院患者创伤后应激障碍的研究现状、影响因素及干预措施,以期提高临床护理人员对ICU患者心理健康的关注。By reading domestic and international research literatures of Post- Traumatic Stress Disorder in ICU patients, this article summarized and reviewed current status, influencing factors and intervention measures of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder in ICU patients both at home and abroad, in order to prompt nurses to pay more attention to mealth health conditions of ICU patients.
