摘　　要：目的 :调查ICU医护人员对机械通气患者早期活动认知、态度及临床实践现况。方法 :采用一般资料问卷和医护人员对机械通气患者早期活动认知、态度及临床实践现况问卷对424名医院重症监护病房的医护人员进行调查。结果 :医护人员对机械通气患者早期活动认知和态度处于偏低水平且临床实践现况较差。不同职业、不同最高学历及不同职称的医护人员对机械通气患者早期活动认知得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同职业、不同科室、不同最高学历及不同职称的医护人员对机械通气患者早期活动态度得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);进一步将医生及护士在认知及态度各条目比较存在差异。结论 :医护人员对机械通气患者早期活动认知及态度不乐观,临床实践尚存在较多困难,限制了早期活动的临床实施及发展。Objective： To investigate the cognition, attitudes and clinical practice of ICU medical staff on the early mobilization of patients with mechanical ventilation. Methods： We used questionnaire of general information and medical staffs＇ cognition, attitudes and clinical practice about early mobilization of patients with mechanical ventilation to investigate 424 ICU medical staff. Resuks： The cognition and attitudes of medical staff on the early mobilization of patients with mechanical ventilation were at a low level and the clinical practice was poor. Medical staff with different occupations, maximum degree and professional titles has different cognitive scores, and the differences were significant （P〈0.05）. Medical staff with different occupations, department, maximum degree and professional titles has different attitudes scores, and the differences were significant （P〈0.05）. The scores of the items on cognition and attitudes were different between doctors and nurses. Conclusion： The health care providers＇ cognition and attitudes on early mobilization of mechanical ventilation patients were not optimistic. There were still many difficulties in clinical practice, which limited the clinical implementation and development of early mobilization.
