摘　　要：工业园区建设适应并推进了我国的城市化建设和产业结构调整升级,为区域发展带来了客观的经济效益和社会效益,但由于诸多原因,工业园区的发展给我国现有的土地资源带来了巨大压力。因此,应当高度重视工业园区用地问题,通过科学规划和有力措施来进一步促进我国工业园区和城市化建设的健康发展。The industrial parks have adapted to and promoted urbanization and the upgrading of industrial structure in China, and have brought about material economic and social benefits to regional development. However, due to many reasons, the development of industrial park has put the existing land resources under great pressure. Therefore, we should attach great importance to the land use in industrial parks, and further promote the healthy development of China＇s industrial park and urbanization through scientific planning and effective measures.
