土家族医学常用抗肿瘤药物用药规律文献研究

摘　　要：目的通过对土家族医学抗肿瘤药物的文献整理分析,探讨土家族医学抗肿瘤药物的用药规律。方法根据《土家族药物志》建立土家族抗肿瘤药物名录,以名录拟定关键词检索中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、Pub Med医学文献检索服务系统,纳入明确具有抗肿瘤作用的土家族医学常用药物并建立数据库进行数据分析。结果土家族医学具有直接抗肿瘤作用的药物144味(其中植物类136味,动物类8味),科属分布中菊科频数最多为11次,占土家族抗肿瘤药物的7.6%;药味分布中苦味药最多占总药味数的41.7%,凉性药物高达77味,无毒药物104味。结论土家族医学治疗肿瘤多使用清热、攻邪、散结的药物,并以无毒药物数量最多。Objective To explore the medication rule of antitumor herbs in Tujia medicine by analyzing the relevant papers. Methods According to Tujia Herb Records（ 土家族药物志）,a Tujia list of antitumor herbs was made. The keywords were selected from the list and used in literature search in China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wan Fang Data,and Pub Med. Papers on commonly used herbs which had definite antitumor effect in Tujia medicine were collected to build a database for data analysis. Results There were 144 herbs with direct antitumor effect in Tujia medicine（ including 136 botanical drugs and 8 animal derived drugs）. With the highest frequency（ 11times） of appearing in the collected papers,the compositaes was most common in family and genera distribution,covering 7. 6% of antitumor herbs in Tujia medicine. In herb flavor distribution,bitter herbs were most common,covering 41. 7% of all herbs. There are 77 cool-natured herbs and 104 non-toxic herbs totally. Conclusion Most herbs for treating tumors in Tujia medicine are those with effects of clearing heat,attacking pathogen and resolving hard mass,and those without toxicity.
