国外高校图书馆推动学术支持服务的几点思考

摘　　要：学术支持服务是图书馆服务拓展的一个方向。本文分析了南洋理工大学图书馆、墨尔本大学图书馆和莱斯特大学图书馆的创新服务举措,总结了国外大学图书馆学术支持服务的成功经验,即重视服务的可持续发展、提供卓越的服务保障、探索服务模式的多维度、倡导合作和伙伴关系、注重用户体验和评估。最后就我国高校图书馆开展学术支持服务提出了具体建议。Academic support service is a direction of the development of library service. This paper analyzes the innovative service measures of the Nanyang Technological University library, the University of Melbourne library and the University of Leicester librar- y, summarizes the successful experiences o{ academic support services in foreign university libraries which include valuing the sustain- able development of service, providing excellent service guarantee, exploring multiple dimensions of service mode, advocating cooper- ation and partnership and focusing on user experience and evaluation, and puts forward some advice for developing the academic sup- port services in Chinese university libraries.
