摘　　要：文化安全是国家安全的重要组成部分,受到政府与学界高度关注。高校担负人才培养的重任,维护文化安全对于大学生的成长与发展起着重要作用。高校图书馆在开展阅读推广过程中,应当树立文化安全意识,认真分析可能涉及的文化安全问题,以高度的文化自觉、文化自律、文化自信构建阅读推广文化安全机制,提升文化选择能力,改进文化推广方式。Cultural security is an important part of national security, and it has become a proposition of top concern for government and academia. Universities shoulder the important task of personnel training, and maintaining cultural security has vital function for the growth and development of students. In the process of carrying out reading promotion, university library should establish the of cultural security, analyze cultural security issues, and with high degree of cultural consciousness, cultural self-disci pline and cultural confidence, construct cultural security mechanism for reading promotion to enhance the cultural selection ability and improve the cultural promotion ways.
