摘　　要：图书馆开展视障读者电脑培训服务旨在提升视障读者的信息获取技能,消除数字鸿沟、推进图书馆信息无障碍服务,促进视障人士充分参与社会生活。本文对国内公共图书馆视障读者电脑培训服务现状进行全面的调研,对优秀案例进行了分析,并针对当前培训中存在的问题提出了对策。建议政府要完善相关法制建设,明确服务细则和评估细则;图书馆要在全馆范围内宣传和组织视障电脑培训工作,提供人力资源和管理机制保障,加强数字资源建设,创造无障碍的网络环境。The computer training for visually impaired readers in library aims to improve the information acquisition skills oi visually impaired readers, eliminate the digital gap, promote the information accessibility service of library and promote people with disabilities to participate in social life. This paper makes a comprehensive research on the domestic computer training service for visually impaired readers of public library, analyzes the excellent cases and to the existing problems, proposes that government should perfect the rele- vant legal system construction and clear service rules and assessment rules, and library should advertise and organize the computer training for visually impaired readers within the scope of the whole library, provide the guarantee of human resource and manage- ment, strengthen the digitalized electronic resource construction and create the accessible network environment.
