摘　　要：通过分析我国现阶段煤矿安全监察监管执法中暴露出的部分问题,基于国家安全监察监管云服务等现有执法信息化条件,结合对煤矿安全监察监管执法业务的研究,设计了煤矿安全监察监管信息化执法平台,详细介绍了该平台的技术架构、数据库设计、网络部署以及功能架构设计。通过实际应用表明,该平台能够实现对煤矿安全监察监管的信息化管理,可以很好地改善现有信息化执法条件,创新安全监察监管执法方式,提高安全监察监管执法效率,规范安全监察监管执法行为,为国家煤矿安全监察监管执法信息化战略性发展提供智囊支持。According to the analysis of China＇s existed problems of coal mine safety supervision in the law-enforcement process at the present stage, based on the state safety supervision cloud services and other existing law-enforcement information conditions, combined with the research on coal mine safety supervision and law-enforcement business, a law-enforcement platform for coal mine safety supervision information was designed, the platform＇s technology architecture, database design, network de- ployment and functional architecture design were elaborated. The practical application showed that the platform could realize the information management of coal mine safety supervision, improve existing information law-enforcement conditions, innovate way of law-enforcement, increase efficiency of law-enforcement, normalize law-enforcement behaviors and provide brainpower support for the strategic development of the state coal mine safety supervision and information law-enforcement.
