摘 要:为更加贴合实际情况,更好地体现应急保障资源调度过程中的实时性、调度目标的多样性,对应急保障资源调度效用、资源调度成本和任务点保障资源均衡等目标进行分析,研究了这三个目标对应急保障资源调度模型的影响,解决单目标无法满足调度需求的问题;引入时间变量t,使模型能够依据实际需求实时改变资源调度策略,解决了无法体现应急保障实施后的反馈作用及资源调度的动态性问题,并建立了后勤应急保障资源调度模型,最后通过具有实际应用背景的算例进行验证,结果证明算法能够表现模型的动态及多目标两个特点,符合保障任务实际情况,能够为应急保障方案的形成提供决策支持。To closer to realistic situation, better reflected the real-time and multi-objective characteristics of logistics emergency re- source scheduling, analysis of the target of emergency resource scheduling utility, the cost of resource scheduling and security resources bal- anced. Researched the impact of three targets for logistics emergency resource scheduling model, to solve the problem of a single target poor meet the demand of scheduling. Introducing time variabletto implementation strategy of according to the demand to change resource schedu- ling, to solve the problem which reflect feedback of implement emergency safeguard and dynamic resource scheduling. Logistics emergency resource scheduling model was builded, through example validation, showed that algorithm can reflect dynamic and multi-objective perform- ance of model, which is conformable to reality, to provide decision support for the formation of the emergency protection programs.
