摘 要:钢渣中的单质铁和砂岩颗粒的易磨性差、活性低,对钢渣粉磨以及钢渣微粉的质量均有不利影响。通过试验,确定渣铁离解粒径为0.15 mm,采用干法棒球磨、双层回转筛筛分等预粉磨工艺,可实现钢渣单质铁和砂岩颗粒的有效分离,而且提高了钢渣微粉的粉磨效率和产品质量,降低了电耗。The zero-valent iron and the sandstone particles in steel slag are characterized by poor grindability and low activity, which results in adverse effects on the pulverization of steel slag and the quality of steel slag powder. The dissociation grain size of the steel slag was determined as 0.15 mm after test. And then, the pre-grinding technology such as dry baseball grinding and double-layer rotary sieving was applied to realize effective separation of the zero-valent iron and the sandstone particles in steel slag, thus the pulverization efficiency and the product quality of the steel slag improved, and the power consumption reduced.
