工程机械变速箱传动油氧化安定性试验分析

摘　　要：针对工程机械变速箱传动油对氧化安定性的要求,利用DKA氧化试验装置进行了3种不同传动油的氧化试验,并进行了氧化后的清净分散性试验。结果表明,A传动油在氧化安定性和清净分散性方面优于其他2种传动油;温度对传动油氧化安定性的影响较大。In view of the requirements for oxidation stability of transmission oil used for the construction machinery, the oxidation test for three kinds of transmission oil was conducted with DKA oxidation test device, and the clean-dispersant property test after oxidation was carried out. The results showed： the transmission oil A was superior to the other two kinds of transmission oil in oxidation stability and clean-dispersant property, the temperature had considerable impact on the oxidation stability of transmission oil.
