摘　　要：目的探讨TopClosure~皮肤牵张闭合器在胸部大面积皮肤缺损创面修复重建中的临床应用价值。方法胸部病灶切除后出现大面积皮肤缺损的病人71例,胸部病灶切除后,病人胸壁大面积皮肤缺损选用TopClosure~皮肤牵张闭合器来辅助修复重建。结果 71例病人胸壁重建创面一期愈合良好,其中6例病人术后3个月可见创面表面有轻度的增生性瘢痕形成。结论TopClosure~皮肤牵张闭合器在胸部大面积皮肤缺损创面修复重建中具有实用价值,临床治疗效果满意。Objective To investigate application value of the clinical application of the TopClosure ~ skin stretch closure device in the repair of large area skin defect in the chest wall. Methods 71 cases of patients appear large area skin defects after resection of the chest lesions,and the TopClosure ~.skin stretch closure device was used to reconstruct all the chest wall soft tissue defects of the 71 patients.Results The primary healing of the chest wall defects on the all 71 cases were successful. Three months later,only 6 of these patients had mild hyperplastic scar formation. Conclusion TopClosure ~ skin stretch closure device has great clinical practical value in the repair and reconstruction of large area skin defect after resection of chest wall lesion,and the clinical treatment effect of TopClosure ~ skin stretching device is satisfied.
