葡萄糖酸氯己定术前清洗对儿童会阴部手术后感染预防效果

摘　　要：目的研究葡萄糖酸氯己定术前清洗对儿童会阴部手术后感染的预防效果。方法通过感染监测和临床观察,研究葡萄酸氯己定消毒液术前清洗方法某医院住院患儿会阴部手术后感染及其不良反应情况,同时与传统清洗方法作平行比较观察。结果 321例所有患儿顺利完成清洗操作,用葡萄糖酸氯己定消毒液清洗法(试验组)的156例会阴部手术的患儿未出现局部或全身不适,术后医院感染发生率为1.28%。传统清洗法(对照组)165例会阴部手术的患儿中,出现6例患儿清洗区域皮肤发红、干燥不适,不良反应率为3.64%;术后医院感染发生率为6.67%。结论使用浓度为40 g/L的葡萄糖酸氯己定消毒液作术前清洗,能够显著减少会阴部手术患儿术后感染率。Objective To study the preventive effect of preoperative cleaning with chlorhexidine gluconate on postoperative infection of perineal regional surgery in children. Methods Infection surveillance and clinical observation were used to study the infection and adverse reaction of perineal regional surgery in children and cleaning with chlorhexidine gluconate before operation in a hospital,comparing with the traditional cleaning methods in parallel. Results All 321 cases completed the cleaning. In 156 cases of perineal surgery in the experimental group（ cleaning with chlorhexidine gluconate）,there was no partial or systemic discomfort. The post-operative hospital infection was 1. 28%. In 165 cases of perineal surgery in the control group（ traditional cleaning）,the skin of 6 cases was flushed,dry and uncomfortable,the adverse reaction rate was3. 64%,the post-operative hospital infection was 6. 67%. Conclusion The use of 40 g/L chlorhexidine gluconate for preoperative cleaning can significantly reduce the postoperative infection rate of perineal regional surgery in children.
