摘　　要：目的了解北京市医院洁净手术室运行状况与洁净性能,加强对洁净手术室的管理,保障其运行效果。方法通过现场采样和仪器监测方法,2016年5月-10月对北京市部分医院洁净手术室洁净性能进行监测与分析。结果所监测的医院Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级洁净手术室洁净度指标中的沉降菌合格率均为100%,Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级洁净手术室的浮游菌合格率分别为80.00%和50.00%。Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级洁净手术室尘埃粒子数的合格率分别为33.33%、82.35%和75.00%;其他微小气候指标合格率范围在43.75%~100%不等。结论北京市医院洁净手术室的洁净性能主要指标合格率不理想,需要加强维护和科学运行管理。Objective To understand the operation and cleaning performance of clean operating room in Beijing hospital,strengthen the management of clean operating room and ensure its operation effect. Methods Field sampling and instrument monitoring were used to monitor and analyze the cleaning performance of some hospitals in Beijing. Results The pass rate of settling bacteria of Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ clean operating room cleanliness indexes were all 100%. The qualify rates of planktonic bacteria of the clean operating room Ⅱ and Ⅲ were 80. 00% and 50. 00% respectively. The qualify rates of dues particle count of Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ clean operating room were 33. 33%,82. 35% and 75. 00% respectively. The qualify rates of the other microclimatic indexes ranges from 43. 75% to 100%. Conclusion The cleaning performance of the clean operating room in Beijing hospital is not very good,so it is necessary to strengthen the maintenance and scientific operation management.
