摘  要:采用自行研制的双盘摩擦磨损试验机对不同硬度聚氨酯与Q235钢组成的配副进行滚动摩擦磨损试验,探讨了载荷、转速以及聚氨酯的硬度对聚氨酯摩擦因数的影响,并研究了载荷和聚氨酯的硬度对聚氨酯磨损率的影响。结果表明:载荷对聚氨酯摩擦因数的影响较为明显,摩擦因数随着载荷的增大而减小;转速对聚氨酯摩擦因数的影响不大,也无明显的变化规律;随着聚氨酯硬度的升高,摩擦因数略有增大,但其变化幅度很小;磨损率随聚氨酯硬度的增大而减小,随载荷的增大而增大。The friction and wear test for the pair between polyurethane with different hardness and Q235 steel was carried out by using a self-made double disks friction and wear testing machine. The effect of load, rotational speed and hardness of polyurethane on the friction coefficient of polyurethane was discussed. The influence of load and hardness of polyurethane on the wear rate of polyurethane was studied. The results show that load had an obvious effect on the friction coefficient of polyurethane, the friction coefficient decreases with the increase of load. The effect of rotational speed on the friction coefficient was not obvious and there was not any regularity. The friction coefficient increased with the increase of hardness of polyurethane, but the variation amplitude was very small. The wear rate decreased with the increase of hardness of polyurethane and increased with the increase of load.
