腹腔镜手术治疗老年卵巢囊肿临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨70岁以上老年卵巢囊肿患者接受腹腔镜手术治疗的安全性和可行性。方法将2012年7月至2015年7月宜昌市中心人民医院收治的84例老年卵巢囊肿患者随机分为腹腔镜组41例和开腹手术组43例,比较两组手术效果指标、术后恢复指标以及术后并发症发生率等。结果腹腔镜组与开腹手术组比较,其术中出血量、切口长度、下床时间、排气时间、住院时间等差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);腹腔镜组较开腹手术组在切口感染、切口裂开、膀胱损伤、肠梗阻、静脉血栓发生率等方面差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术治疗老年卵巢囊肿安全有效,是老年卵巢囊肿患者的理想治疗方式。Objective To study the safety and feasibility of laparoscopic operation in the treatment of ovarian cysts in the elderly over 70 years old. Methods A total of 83 cases of ovarian cysts were randomly divided into two groups：40 cases in laparoscopic group and 43 cases in open surgery group;the effect of surgery,postoperative recovery index and postoperative complications were compared.Results Between laparoscopic group and open surgery group,the difference in the amount of bleeding,incision length,time to get out of bed,exhaust time and length of hospital stay had statistical significance（P〈0.05）;Compared with open surgery group,the laparoscopic group had significant differences in incision infection,wound rupture,bladder injury,intestinal obstruction,and incidence of vein thrombosis（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of ovarian cysts in elderly women is safe and effective,and it is an ideal treatment for ovarian cysts in elderly women.
