摘 要:以华能营口电厂600 MW超临界墙式切圆燃烧锅炉为研究对象,采用计算流体力学仿真软件对在不同配风方式下锅炉炉膛内温度场和NO_x质量浓度进行数值模拟分析。数值模拟结果表明:在一、二次风正宝塔式配风方式下,炉内温度分布状况理想,下二次风托粉效果好,锅炉内燃烧充分且无贴壁燃烧现象;另外,一、二次风正宝塔式配风方式结合燃尽风、附加风风量的调整,可以有效降低炉内NO_x的生成量。以上结果对该类型锅炉运行、设计和改造具有指导价值。600 MW supercritical wall-tangentially-fired boiler located in Huaneng Group Yingkou Power Plant was taken as a research object, applied computational fluid dynamics simulation software to simulate and analyze the temperature field and NOx mass concentration in boiler furnace under different air distributions. The simulation results showed that the temperature distribution in the furnace was right, the bottom of second air had good holding powder effect, the combustion was sufficient and the flame was not adherent to furnace when boiler applied positive pagoda air distribution. In addition, when first air and second air positive pagoda air distribution combined with the adjustment of the amount of over-fired air and additional air, NO, generated in the furnace. The above results design and reconstruction of this type of boiler, it could effectively reduce the amount of played an important role in the operation,
