摘  要:针对内蒙古京泰发电有限责任公司2号汽轮发电机定子机座产生裂纹、发电机漏氢量大的问题进行了故障原因分析。确定引起漏氢的裂纹位置,然后对裂纹位置的膛内、膛外部位进行脱漆处理,并进行着色探伤检查,确认裂纹走向,推断造成裂纹产生的原因是:发电机励磁端台板支座与筒体连接部分进行出厂焊接时,焊接熔池存在缺陷,在振动形成的交变应力作用下,造成疲劳开裂。并根据裂纹走向,将裂纹打磨成V形坡口进行补焊处理,为发电机同类型故障处理提供借鉴。Make a cause analysis of stator of No.2 turbine generator in Inner Mongolia crack and large generator hydrogen leakage Jingtai Power Co.,Ltd.. Firstly, determine the crack location leading hydrogen leakage, then make paint removing to the in and out of the chamber, and carry out the colored flaw detection to confirm the crack trend. And deduce the crack cause was that the welding pool had flaws as welding the conncetion of the generator excitation end bearing plate and cylinder parts, which led to fatigue cracking under the alternating stress. Before welding the crack, grinding the crack into V shaped groove based on the crack trend, which could provide a reference for the similar failure treatment.
