摘　　要：目的:全面收集长春瑞滨联合顺铂(NP方案)治疗晚期转移性乳腺癌的临床试验研究,评价其临床治疗的有效性。方法:检索国内外主要网络文献数据库,收集整理长春瑞滨联合顺铂治疗晚期乳腺癌的客观缓解率,计算概率P和标准误Se并应用Rev Man5.3实现Meta单率合成分析。结果:获得了符合数据合成要求的11个非RCT临床试验NP方案研究共有446个临床病例,研究间异质性Ι~2=0%,未显示异质性,偏倚主要存在于随机、隐藏和盲法等三个方面,客观有效率为0.520,Meta合并效应比数比ORR=1.69,P<0.00001。结论:NP方案治疗晚期转移性乳腺癌临床客观有效率较高,鉴于研究是非RCT临床试验,因此其外部真实性(External Validity)较好,可推广外延的范围更广。Objective： to collect all clinical trial study on Vinorelbine combined with Cisplatin （NP regimen） in the treatment of advanced metastatic breast cancer, and then to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the treatment of advanced metastatic breast cancer. Methods： by searching the main network of domestic and foreign literature data- base, collecting the vinorelbine combined with cisplatin objective remission rate （ORR） in treatment of advanced breast cancer, and calculated the probability Pand the standard error Se of the ORR, the single rate of Meta - analysis by the RevManS. 3. Results： obtain the requirements of the 11 non RCT clinical trials NP regimen study with total clinical cases 446, the Meta analyzed show the heterogeneity was I^2 = 0%, not show the heterogeneity. the bias exist in three aspects of random, concealment and blinding, the ORR was 0. 520, and the overall effect odds ratio OR = 1.69, P 〈 0. 00001. Conclusion： NP regimen treatment of advanced metastatic breast cancer objective clinical effective rate is high, since the research is non RCT clinical trials, so the external validity better, it can promote wider range extension.
