摘 要:动态无功优化对提升电力系统的安全经济运行水平有着重要意义。然而,它是一个多时段紧密耦合的非凸非线性混合整数规划问题。为高效、高精度地求解该问题,文中提出了基于混合整数二阶锥规划(MISOCP)的动态无功优化方法。该方法通过将非凸的交流潮流方程近似转化为凸的二阶锥约束及采用一般不等式约束等效替代绝对值约束,在高精度地反映交流潮流物理规律的同时,将原非凸的混合整数规划问题转化为凸的MISOCP问题,从而大大降低了求解的复杂度。通过求解MISOCP模型,能够高效地得到动态无功优化的高精度解。基于IEEE-30节点系统和IEEE-118节点系统的算例分析验证了所提出方法的有效性和鲁棒性。Dynamic reactive power optimization(DRPO)is of important significance to improve the operational security and economy of power systems.However,DRPO is a multi-period coupled non-convex mixed-integer-nonlinear-programming problem.In order to solve this problem with high efficiency and high accuracy,a DRPO method is proposed based on the mixed integer second-order cone programming(MISOCP).In this method,by approximating the non-convex power flow equations to convex second-order cone constraints and equivalently replacing the absolute value constraints with normal inequality constraints,the original non-convex mixed integer nonlinear programming problem is transformed into the convex MISOCP problem while reflecting the AC power flow physics with high accuracy,thus significantly reducing the solving difficulty.By solving the MISOCP problem,accurate solutions are obtained.Case studies based on the IEEE 30-bus system and the IEEE118-bus system indicate the effectiveness and robustness of the proposed method.
