摘 要:本文研究了陶瓷膜技术在多拉菌素提取中的应用。以发酵液作为料液,优化后的传统工艺收率达96.3%,甲醇提取次数2次,每次3BV(质量比,相对于发酵液,以下皆同)添加用量;优化后的陶瓷膜工艺收率达97.5%,膜面流速5m/s,温度小于45℃,采用阶段性提高操作压力的方法,连续纯水洗滤1.5BV,连续甲醇提取3BV,膜过滤通量可达119.5kg/(h·m2),比优化前提高了47.0%;比较了处理能力2t/h的传统工艺与陶瓷膜工艺,陶瓷膜工艺操作时间缩减2倍以上,人工减少5倍,甲醇用量减少1倍,收率仍然高出1.2%,每吨物料处理费用减少4.1元以上;采用质量分数为1%~2%Na OH与0.5%~1.0%Na Cl O混合清洗的方法,陶瓷膜的水通量恢复率可达99%以上,再生性较好。The paper studied the application of ceramic membrane technology in the extraction of doramectin. Traditional process and new technology of ceramic membrane were respectively optimized for taking the fermentation of doramectin as feed liquid. The yield of optimized traditional process reached 96.3%, when the extraction of methanol was two times and addition dosage was 3BV every time. The yield of optimized new technology of ceramic membrane reached 97.5%, filtration flux of membrane reached 119.5kg/(h.m2) and increased by 47.0% than before optimization, when membrane cross-flow velocity was 5m/s, the temperature was less than 45℃, using the method of periodic increasing operating pressure, continuous washing and filteringfor 1.5BV by pure water, continuous extracting 3BV by methanol. Traditional process and technology of ceramic membrane of 2t/h processing capacity were compared. Ceramic membrane technology could reduce operating time of twice, human of quintuple, methanol dosage of one times, and treatment fees of more than 4.1 Yuan per ton, the yield of doramectin was still higher than 1.2%. The reproducibility was better by the method of mixed cleaning of 1%-2% NaOH and 0.5%-1% NaC10, the recovery rate of water flux was up to more than 99% repeatedly.
