“技术负载价值”的哲学分析

摘　　要："技术负载价值"被视为对"技术中性论"的否定,如果基于分析技术哲学的方法,对技术负载的价值的准确含义进行深入的语义和语境分析,则会发现两者的分歧无非在于对技术负载价值的阶段不同。广义地说,"技术负载价值"就是指人在设计、制造、分配或使用技术的过程中将自己在利益或群体立场上的偏向性附加到技术之上,从而使得技术在不同的人群之间产生出好坏或善恶不同的效果。因此,技术的价值负载不是技术本身固有的属性,也不是所有技术都存在的现象,某一具体技术是否负载价值需要根据具体情形进行具体分析。技术哲学不仅需要揭示技术负载价值的复杂性,也需要探索技术"价值卸载"的可能性和重要性,从而为技术趋向更高的人性化水平及更普遍的积极效应而献力。＂Technology-loaded value＂ is regarded as a negation of ＂technology centric theory＂. If the method of analytical philosophy is used to analyze the exact connotation of the technology-loaded value semantically and contextually,nothing but the discrepancy between the two we would find exists in different phases of technology-loaded value. Extensively speaking,＂technology-loaded value＂is referred to as the fact that human beings attach the benefit of their own or their group preference to technology in the process of designing,manufacturing,distributing and applying technology so that bad or good,kindness or wickedness is produced in different groups of people. Therefore,technology-loaded value is not the attribute inherent in technology itself. It is not a phenomenon existing in all technologies,either.Whether value of a concrete technology is technologically loaded or not needs to be analyzed concretely according to the real situation. Technical philosophy not only needs to expose the intricateness of each technology-loaded value but also needs to explore into the possibility and importance of technologically＂unloaded-value＂so that contribution is made to technology which tends to develop towards higher humanization and to achieve more popularity of its positive efficiency.
