摘 要:作为易感人群,胎儿和孕妇对环境污染物的暴露情况和暴露风险问题持续受到人们的关注。胎粪是一种采集无创性、具有积累效应的生物监测材料,它在研究和认识环境有机污染物母婴传播、胎儿在宫内累积暴露及其疾病关联等方面具有重要意义。该文在总结国内外相关研究的基础上,对胎粪中农药、多氯联苯、多溴联苯醚、邻苯二甲酸酯和新兴污染物等的含量、人体暴露水平及其疾病关联方面进行了综述,并对今后我国在胎粪中污染物检测及其健康风险等研究进行了展望。Health risks of environmental organic pollutants to fetus are increasingly concerned. Meconium is preferred over other biological materials in detecting harmful xenobiotic pollutants and assessing exposure for its noninvasive collection and accumulation throughout pregnancy. This review summarized the species,concentrations of contaminants in meconium such as organic pesticides,polychlorinated biphenyls,polybrominated diphenyl ethers,phthalic acid esters and some emerging contaminants reported in recent studies both domestic and abroad. The correlations between these compounds and some diseases were exhibited subsequently. Finally,some suggestions were presented for the future research in this field.
