摘  要:建立了高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器(HPLC-DAD)法同时测定芩连片中的7种有效成分。使用Agela Technologies Venusil XBP C18(L)色谱柱,以乙腈∶0.05 mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液为流动相,线性梯度洗脱,连翘苷和芍药苷在波长237 nm处检测,黄芩苷、甘草苷、盐酸小檗碱、盐酸巴马汀和盐酸黄连碱在277 nm处检测。黄芩苷、连翘苷、甘草苷、盐酸小檗碱、盐酸巴马汀、盐酸黄连碱和芍药苷分别在4.2~640、1.3~240、1.1~160、4.2~630、2.9~440、2.4~370和2.3~340?g/ml范围内线性关系良好。7种成分的回收率为97.0%~103.0%,RSD≤3.0%。本法操作简便快速、结果准确、重现性好,可用于芩连片的质量控制。An HPLC-DAD method was established for the determination of seven active constituents in Qinlian tablets. An Agela Technologies Venusil XBP C18 (L) column was uesd, with the mobile phase of acetonitrile : 0.05 mol/L monopotassium phosphate solution for linear gradient elution. Forsythin and paeoniflorin were detected at the wavelength of 237 nm. Baicalin, liquiritin, berberine hydrochloride, palmatine hydrochloride and coptisine hydrochloride were detected at the wavelength of 277 nm. The calibration curves for baicalin, forsythin, liquritin, berberine hydrochloride, palmatine hydrochloride, coptisine hydrochloride and paeoniflorin were linear in the ranges of 4.2-640, 1.3-240, 1.1- 160, 4.2-630, 2.9-440, 2.4-370 and 2.3-340 μg/ml, respectively. The average recoveries of the above components were in the range of 97.0 %-103.0 %, with RSDs no more than 3.0 %. This method was simple, accurate and with good reproducibility, which could be used for the rapid quality control of Qinlian tablets.
