摘　　要：目的探讨Snodgrass术式治疗小儿尿道下裂的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2013年8月至2016年6月本院51例尿道下裂患儿资料,其中阴茎阴囊交界型患儿4例,冠状沟型患儿18例,阴茎体型患儿22例,Ⅱ期手术者7例,均行Snodgrass术式治疗,分析手术效果。结果 51例患儿术后随访1.5年(8月至3年),平均术后住院时间12~18 d,46例患儿经一次手术成功治愈,治愈率90.20%;其余5例患儿拔管后1~3 d发生尿瘘,于术后6月行尿瘘修补术,均成功治愈;阴茎美观满意度92.16%。结论 Snodgrass术式对轻中度阴茎下弯的各型尿道下裂以及Ⅱ期手术的尿道下裂均有较好治疗效果,具有手术操作简便、适用范围广、取材容易、安全美观、治愈率高的优点。Objective To investigate the effects of Snodgrass surgery in the treatment of children hypospadias. Methods The clinical data of 51 children with hypospadias treated in our hospital during August 2013-June 2016 were retrospectively analyzed,including 4 cases of penoscrotal type,18 cases of coronal type,22 cases of penis body type. 7 cases underwent stage II surgery,all subjects underwent Snodgrass surgery and the surgical results were analyzed. Results All cases were followed up for1. 5（ 0. 5-3）years,and the average length of hospital stayafter operation was 12-18（ 13. 57В ± 4. 25） days. 46 children were successfully cured and the cure rate was 90. 20%. 1 to 3 days after extubation,there were 5 cases of urinary fistula 5 cases were treated with urinary fistula repair again at 6 months after the surgery,and all were cured. The penis aesthetic satisfaction rate was 92. 16%. Conclusion Snodgrass surgery is effective in treatment of mild to moderate chordee,complex and reoperation hypospadias. It has the advantages of simple operation,wide range of application,easy to obtain,safe and beautiful outlook and high cure rate.
