摘 要:基于发夹型阶跃阻抗谐振器(Stepped Impedance Resonator,SIR)结构和类椭圆函数提出一种新的小型化、高性能的带通滤波器的设计方法。经ADS(Advanced Design System)电磁计算软件建模仿真优化,并经加工实物测试。结果表明:提出的滤波器能很好地满足设计指标的要求。不仅具有选择性好、带外抑制性高、尺寸小、成本低、易于集成等优点,而且能够满足现代通信系统对小型化高性能滤波器的要求,在微波平面电路的设计中有着很好的应用前景。A novel method is presented for miniaturization and high performance of band-pass filter design by using hairpin SIR (stepped impedance resonator) structure and quasi-elliptic function. After modeling, simulation and optimization by ADS (Advanced Design System) electromagnetic computing software, the proposed filter is fabricated and measured by pratical operation. The results show that the proposed filter can well meet the requirements of design indeces. It not only has advantages of small size, good selectivity, high out-of-band suppression, low cost, ease of integration, but also can meet the requirements of modern communication system for miniaturization of high-performance filter. Hence, it has a good application prospect in the design of microwave planar circuits.
