摘 要:随着现代煤矿生产安全管理的日益重要,加强对煤矿的生产安全,成为当前煤矿企业思考的重点。同时随着信息化的发展,如何应用信息化保障煤矿安全,是信息化应用的重要实践。因此针对煤矿安全监测的信息化需求,提出一种基于Zigbee无线网络的矿井数据采集系统。系统采用多种传感器融合的方式,借助Zigbee无线网络节点,将传感器采集到的数据传递给MCU核心处理器,从而对采集到的数据进行处理,然后利用RS-485通信协议将数据上传给上机位,最后通过后台监控界面,实现对煤矿安全的监控。最后通过实验,验证了上述采集方案在煤矿井中应用的效果,从而科学的实现了对煤矿安全的监控。With the increasing importance of modern coal mine production safety management, strengthening the production safety of coal mine has become the focus of the thinking of coal mining enterprises. At the same time, with the development of information technology,how to use information technology to ensure coal mine safety is an important practice of information application. Therefore,a coal mine data acquisition system based on Zigbee wireless network is proposed according to the information demand of coal mine safety monitoring. The system uses a variety of sensor fusion, with the help of Zigbee wireless network node, transmits the data collected by sensors to the MCU core processor,and to process the collected data,and then use the RS-485 protocol to upload data to the flight,after Taiwan monitoring interface, realize the monitoring of the coal mine safety. Finally, through experiments, the effect of the above acquisition scheme in eoal mine is verified,and the monitoring of coal mine safety is realized scientifically.
