摘　　要：文中对微卫星标记对猪、马、牛、羊、鹿等动物进行多态性扩增,分析出各物种间遗传多样性水平的丰富程度进行了综述,并对应用该技术进行有效的人工保护育种,保护濒危群体,丰富物种遗传多样性,维护生态系统稳定进行了讨论。The microsatellite markers used for polymorphic studies and for the abundance of each species genetic diversity level in pig, horse, cattle, sheep, deer and the other animals were reviewed The technique in guiding artificial breeding for effective protection, the endangered popula- tion protection, species rich genetic diversity and maintaining the stability of the ecosystem was addressed.
