摘　　要：智慧校园建设是高校内涵建设的趋势,网上报销是其重要组成部分,但在网上审批环节还存在一些问题没有得到解决。文章从不同角色身份的角度指出了高校财务报销在审批过程中存在的问题,提出了网上审批系统的建设方案,分析了实行网上审批系统可以实现的优势,列举了还需要解决的问题。The construction of smart campus is the trend of the connotation construction of colleges and universities. Reimbursement online is an important part of it, but some problems still exist in the approving system online. The author points out the problems existing in financial reimbursement of the approving system online from the perspective of different roles, lists the problems to be solved ,analyzes the advantages of it, and also proposes the construction scheme of it.
