摘　　要：目的研究冠脉介入术并发症及不良反应的护理要点。方法选取我院2015年11月~2017年2月收治的冠脉介入术患者92例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=46)和实验组(n=46)。对照组采用常规护理,实验组采用针对性护理,比较两组患者并发症和不良反应发生率。结果两组并发症和不良反应发生率比较,实验组明显低于对照组,组间具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理可有效预防和降低冠脉介入术的不良反应和并发症,值得在临床中推广应用。Objective To study the main points of nursing care of complications and adverse reactions of coronary intervention. Methods To select 92 patients with coronary artery intervention in our hospital From November 2015 to February 2017, and randomly divided them into control group （n=46） and experimental group （n=46）. The control group received routine nursing care, the experimental group was given nursing, compared two groups of patients with complications and the incidence of adverse reaction. Results The incidence of complications and adverse reactions in the two groups was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Targeted nursing can effectively prevent and reduce the adverse reactions and complications of coronary intervention. It is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
