农业转移人口市民化的成本研究——以江苏省为例

摘　　要：我国城镇化进程已经进入快速发展阶段,但是二元经济结构的转变以及农业转移人口市民化的成本问题较为突出,推进以人为本的农业转移人口市民化进程,需要测算出农业转移人口市民化的成本,明确政府、个人、企业各自承担的成本,建立起合理的分担机制,从而有力保障农业转移人口市民化的健康发展。China＇s urbanization has entered into rapid development period, in which the dual economic structure of the city and the urbanization of agricultural population are more prominent. To promote the process of agricultural migrating population＇s citizenization, we need to measure the cost of agricultural migrating population, followed by a clear government, individuals, enterprises bearing their own costs. Finally, a reasonable sharing mechanism should be estimated.Thus the strong transfer of agricultural migrating population with good and fast development is able to be guaranteed.
