摘 要:高压直流输电系统直流侧谐波电压的测量对于直流侧滤波器的设计和继电保护设备的配置具有重要意义。为此,文中以±1 100 kV直流输电系统为例,在分析其直流侧谐波电压的产生原因和谐波的特性的基础之上,研究了特高压直流输电系统直流侧谐波电压的测量方法,构建了一套直流侧谐波电压测量系统。同时,在实验室条件下,搭建了该测量系统的测试平台,对它的测量准确度和频率特性进行了验证,并研究了一套完整的数据处理算法。测试结果表明,配合该数据处理算法,直流侧谐波电压测量系统可以对50~1 200 Hz频率范围内的谐波进行准确测量,幅值误差低于0.5%,相位误差低于0.5°,并具有适应电网频率波动的能力。The measurement of the harmonic voltage on the DC side of an ultra-high voltage DC (UHVDC) transmission system is of significance for design of the DC-side filter and allocation of the relay protection equipment. In this study, taking a ±1 100 kV DC transmission system as an example, the generation and characteristics of the DC-side harmonic voltage were analyzed, and a harmonic voltage measurement scheme was proposed. Consequently, a DC-side harmonic voltage measurement system was built. Then, a test platform was built to assess the accuracy and the frequency response characteristic of the measurement system, and a data processing algorithm was developed. Test result shows that the measurement system, accompanying with the data processing algorithm, can measure the DC-side harmonic voltage in the range from 50 to 1 200 Hz with an amplitude error smaller than 0.5% and a phase error smaller than 0.5 degree, and it adapts to the frequency fluctuation of power system.
