摘  要:油浸式电力变压器的绕组温升直接影响变压器的负载能力,而变压器绕组温升实验效率低、费用高,因此对变压器绕组温升进行工程计算研究具有十分重要的意义。目前大部分变压器厂用的工程计算方法没有统一的标准,造成计算结果不统一,误差较大。鉴于此,本论文在建立变压器绕组模型、分析绕组内油流特性的基础上提出一种变压器绕组温升工程计算方法,从工程实际出发对采用冷却器作为冷却装置的变压器在强油导向冷却方式下进行绕组温升工程计算,计算结果与变压器厂测得结果作对比,结果表明:该方法误差较小,可以满足工程实际需要。The winding temperature rise of oil immersed power transformer directly affects the load capacity of the transformer, because the windingtemperature rise test of transformer is of low efficiency and high cost, engineering calculation methods are important for windingtemperature rise of transformer. The existing engineering calculation methods are different without a common standard, resulting in different calculation results or large error. In this paper, a transformer winding model is established, the distribution of oil flow in the winding is analyzed and an engineering calculation methodfor winding temperature rise of transformeris proposed. According to practical condition, the winding temperature rise of a transformer with cooler is calculated with the proposed method under the strong oil guide cooling mode, the results of engineering calculation are compared with the measured results of transformer factory and it shows that the method has less error and can meet the actual needs of the project.
