摘 要:利用共聚法将负离子添加剂添加到聚对苯二甲酸与乙二醇聚合的过程中,制成负离子聚酯切片,再进行熔融纺丝制备功能性负离子纤维。将功能性负离子远红外阻燃聚酯切片直接熔融纺丝制备了纤维,通过工艺参数的调整,制备了1.56dtex的负离子远红外阻燃聚酯纤维。结果表明,纤维的静态负离子释放量为23个/cm^3;纤维的远红外法向全发射率为0.88,由该纤维制成的絮片极限氧指数为30%,由该纤维制成的无纺布的极限氧指数为36.8%。Negative ion fiber was prepared by melt spinning of polyester chips gained by adding anion additives to the copolymerization process between terephthalic acid and ethylene glycol. Through the adjustment of process parameters, 1.56 dtex fiber with anion releasing, far-infrared emission, anti-flaming functions, was prepared. The results show that the static anion release quantity of this fiber is 23/cm^3 and far infrared emissivity is 0.88. The limit oxygen index of flocculus and non-woven fabric made of this fiber are 30% and 36.8%, respectively.
